When You Are Getting Ready

I Have Cellulite. I Admit It. But Sometimes I Just Say, 'screw It, I Am Going To Wear A Bikini.'

Nothing I Have Accomplished Has Given Me More Confidence Than Birthing My Children At Home Naturally. I Was So High After Delivering My Children-not Just Because I Had A New Baby, But Because I Was So Proud Of What My Body (and Mind) Were Able To Do. I Strongly Encourage Women Not To Give This Power Away.

I Don't Have To Try To Be Perfect At Everything.

I Am Inspired By Many People. First And Foremost, I'm Inspired By My Mother. She Definitely Helped Her Children To Feel Unconditional Love And I Want To Be That Same Kind Of Mother.

But I Try To Steal Other Moments. Sometimes I Get Up Very Early In The Morning And Enjoy A Quiet House And Cup Of Tea Before The Craziness Begins. Other Times, I'll Take A Quick Walk On The Beach. You Can Find Peace In A Few Minutes.
