I Believe That A Healthy Lifestyle Isn't Just A Regular Exercise Routine Or Your Eating Habits, But A Synergy Of A Healthy Mind And Body. To Fuel My Body, I Am Relentless About Never Eating Anything That Isn't Of This Earth. I Have No Interest In Putting Stuff In My Body That's Made In A Lab. Movement Is Vital. Whether It's Running, Cross Training, Hiking With The Dogs, Or Walking The Streets Of New York, I Am Constantly Active.

The First Year Of The Boot Ride Was An Amazing Experience. Seeing People Come Out From All Over, Ride And, Most Importantly, Put On Their Boots, Was An Inspiration.

It Was A Hard Lesson To Learn, But Eventually I Had To Come To Grips With The Fact That I Cannot Solve Everyone's Problems And Lead Them To A Happy, Fulfilled Life. They Have To Figure That Out On Their Own.

I Think That When People Join Clubs As Simple As A Sorority Or A Fraternity, A Football Team, A Baseball Team, It's Just - You Want To Be In A Group. You Want To Be Around People, You Want To Be With People.
