This Frees Me From Craving The Approval Of Others And Requiring Them To Fill Up My “cup.” Then, If Someone Takes The Time To Demonstrate His Or Her Love For Me, That's The Overflow! I Am Free To Appreciate And Enjoy It, But I Didn't Emotionally Require It!
