We Shouldn't Want Things And We Should Be Satisfied With No Thing. Furthermore, We Don't Deserve Whatever We Would Like To Have In Our Lives Because We Think We Have Been Bad, We Feel Insufficient, Or Somebody Else Has Convinced Us That We're Not Worthy.

So Many Of Us Have Separated Ourselves From Our Source And Have Lived On Ego Consciousness.

I Am Much More Powerful Today Than The Old Programs And Mind Viruses That I Absorbed In My Childhood.

The Ego Promotes Turmoil Because It Wants To Substantiate Your Separateness From Everyone, Including God. It Will Push You In The Direction Of Judgment And Comparison, And Cause You To Insist On Being Right And Best. You Know Your Highest Self By Listening To The Voice That Only Wants You To Be At Peace.

Meditation Gives You An Opportunity To Come To Know Your Invisible Self. It Allows You To Empty Yourself Of The Endless Hyperactivity Of Your Mind, And To Attain Calmness. It Teaches You To Be Peaceful, To Remove Stress, To Receive Answers Where Confusion Previously Reigned.
