I Learned To Cook By Watching And Helping My Mother In The Kitchen. I Also Learned By Trial And Error. Even Though I'm Big On Recipes, I Love To Make Up My Own Dishes And When You Take A Risk In The Kitchen, You Learn A Lot About Food!

My Whole Mentality Is That I Eat What I Want Within Moderation, And I Have A Little Bit Of Everything. If You Deprive Yourself, You Get Moody And Unhappy, And You Have To Enjoy Life.

I Want To Do Things Where The Talent Range Is Difficult And That Scare Me. I Thrive On That; If It's Not Scaring Me Then I'm Not Growing.
