Pure Consciousness Is Pure Potentiality; It Is The Field Of All Possibilities And Infinite Creativity. Pure Consciousness Is Our Spiritual Essence. Being Infinite And Unbounded, It Is Also Pure Joy. Other Attributes Of Consciousness Are Pure Knowledge, Infinite Silence, Perfect Balance, Invincibility, Simplicity, And Bliss. This Is Our Essential Nature. Our Essential Nature Is One Of Pure Potentiality.

The Worst Curse To Befall Anyone Is Stagnation, A Banal Existence, The Quiet Desperation That Comes Out Of A Need For Conformity.

During Meditation, Our Breathing Slows, Our Blood Pressure And Heart Rate Decrease, And Stress Hormone Levels Fall.

We're Not In The Physical World. The Physical World Is In Us. We Create The Physical World When We Perceive It, When We Observe It. And Also We Create This Experience In Our Imagination. And When I Say "we," I Don't Mean The Physical Body Or The Brain, But A Deeper Domain Of Consciousness Which Conceives, Governs, Constructs And Actually Becomes Everything That We Call Physical Reality.
