Again, When We Remember That What We Perceive In Another Is A Reflection Of Ourselves, We Become Less Judgemental. So When We Freely Express Harsh Judgement Of Another, We Are In Effect Talking About Those Aspects Of Ourselves That Trouble Us The Most.
