It's Incredibly Easy To Get Caught Up In An Activity Trap, In The Busy-ness Of Life, To Work Harder And Harder At Climbing The Ladder Of Success Only To Discover It's Leaning Against The Wrong Wall. It Is Possible To Be Busy - Very Busy - Without Being Very Effective.

In A Very Real Sense, There Are Only Two Roles In Organisations: Customers And Suppliers. Everybody Functions Simultaneously In Both Roles, Whether Inside Or Outside The Organisation The Essence Of Good Business, Therefore, Is The Quality Of The Relationship Between Customer And Supplier.

Life Is A Mission, Not A Career.

Character Grows In The Soil Of Experience With The Fertilization Of Example, The Moisture Of Ambition, And The Sunshine Of Satisfaction. Character Cannot Be Purchased, Bargained For, Inherited, Rented Or Imported From Afar. It Must Be Home-grown. Purely Intellectual Development Without Commensurate Internal Character Development Makes As Much Sense As Putting A High-powered Sports Car In The Hands Of A Teenager Who Is High On Drugs. Yet All Too Often In The Academic World, That's Exactly What We Do By Not Focusing On The Character Development Of Young People.
