The Russians Can't Change Us Or Significantly Weaken Us. They Are A Smaller Country. They Are A Weaker Country. Their Economy Doesn't Produce Anything That Anybody Wants To Buy, Except Oil And Gas And Arms. They Don't Innovate. But They Can Impact Us If We Lose Track Of Who We Are.

With Only 2 Percent Of The World's Oil Reserves, Oil Isn't Enough. This Country Needs An All-out, All-of-the-above Strategy That Develops Every Available Source Of American Energy. A Strategy That's Cleaner, Cheaper, And Full Of New Jobs.

Because Our Right To Worship Freely And Safely, That Right Was Denied To Christians In Charleston, South Carolina, And That Was Denied Jews In Kansas City, And That Was Denied Muslims In Chapel Hill, And Sikhs In Oak Creek. They Had Rights Too. Our Right To Peaceful Assembly, That Right Was Robbed From Movie Goers In Aurora And Lafayette.

To Overcome Extremism, We Must Also Be Vigilant In Upholding The Values Our Troops Defend – Because There Is No Force In The World More Powerful Than The Example Of America. That Is Why I Have Ordered The Closing Of The Detention Center At Guantanamo Bay, And Will Seek Swift And Certain Justice For Captured Terrorists – Because Living Our Values Doesn't Make Us Weaker, It Makes Us Safer And It Makes Us Stronger.
