Grief Comes And Goes, It Ebbs And Flows. I Think One Of The Lessons Of This For Me Is That There's No One Way To Grieve. Everyone Does It In Their Own Way, In Their Own Time, And We All Process Life And Its Challenges And Its Ups And Downs As They Come.

Women Have Made Tons Of Progress. But We Still Have A Small Percentage Of The Top Jobs In Any Industry, In Any Nation In The World. I Think That's Partly Because From A Very Young Age, We Encourage Our Boys To Lead And We Call Our Girls Bossy.

Leaders Should Strive For Authenticity Over Perfection.

We Have To Ask Ourselves If We Have Become So Focused On Supporting Personal Choices That We're Failing To Encourage Women To Aspire To Leadership.

Men Can Comfortably Claim Credit For What They Do As Long As They Don't Veer Into Arrogance. For Women, Taking Credit Comes At A Real Social And Professional Cost.
