My Ambition Comes From My

Sometimes, Challenges And Struggles Are Exactly What We Need In Our Lives...may You Welcome Every Effort, Every Struggle, And Every Challenge...may You Open Your Wings And Fly!

I Don't Like To Leave What I'm Going To Eat In Other People's Hands, So I'll Pack My Own Lunch. I Chop Up A Salad With Lots Of Greens - Everything From Spinach, Baby Spinach, Arugula, Cucumber, Avocado, Radish, Cauliflower, And Green Olives To Parsley And Cilantro, All Chopped Really Fine - With A Piece Of Wild Salmon. I Even Bring My Own Tea In A Thermos.

My Parents Both Worked - My Mom Was An Accountant, And My Dad Is A Builder - And That Taught Me About Having A Really Strong Work Ethic, And I Respected Them A Lot For That.

I've Been Doing This New Ritual Where The First Thing I Do In The Morning Is Put A Tablespoon Of Coconut Oil In My Mouth And Swish It Around. Then I Put Kora Organics Rosehip Oil All Over My Body, Which Is Incredible For Your Skin, And Have A Freezing-cold Shower, All While I'm Swishing The Coconut Oil In My Mouth. It's A Way To Get The Circulation Going And To Make You Feel Reenergized And Refreshed.

Never Say Never! I'm Open To Trying New Things.
