When That Actually Takes Place, Will Take Some Time, And The Administration Will Help Determine How We Phase One Out And Replace And Phase In Its Replacement. The Reason We`re Acting Now Is Because Obamacare Is Collapsing Under Its Own Weight.

To Borrow A Phrase From My Friend Erskine Bowles On The Fiscal Commission, We Are The Healthiest Looking Horse In The Glue Factory. That Means America Is Still A Step Ahead Of The European Nations Who Are Confronting A Debt Crisis, Of Japan That's In Its Second Lost Decade.

Yes, Absolutely Because We Think There Is A Way To Do This Through Earned Legalization Without Rewarding People Who Have Come In With Undocumented Status, Illegally. We Don't Want To Give Them An Advantage Over Those Who Came Here Legally And We Think That There's A Way To Do This While Still Respecting The Rule Of Law.
