I Use A Lot Of Spices, Fresh Veggies And Fruit, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Nuts, Avocado, Soybeans And Organic Ingredients As Often As Possible. We Need Fat In Our Diets And Using The Healthier Fats Is Key.
