They Insert Lots Of Layers Of Middle Management Between The People Running The Company And The People Doing The Work. They No Longer Have An Inherent Feel Or A Passion About The Products. The Creative People, Who Are The Ones Who Care Passionately, Have To Persuade Five Layers Of Management To Do What They Know Is The Right Thing To Do.

The Only Way To Do Great Work Is To Love What You Do. If You Haven't Found It Yet, Keep Looking. Don't Settle.

When You're Doing Something For Yourself, Or Your Best Friend Or Family, You're Not Going To Cheese Out. If You Don't Love Something, You're Not Going To Go The Extra Mile, Work The Extra Weekend, Challenge The Status Quo As Much.
