I Worshipped Guys Like Bill Maher, Jay Leno, And Jerry Seinfeld, And Was Doing My Variation Of That. But As A Young Person With No Political Point Of View Or Life Experience, It Was As Funny As You Can Imagine.

Nobody's Going To Like My Next Movie Because They Liked Trainwreck [2015]. It Has To Work On Its Own, And That Keeps It Really Scary.

I Don't Think There's Really Observational Magic.

No Matter How Much You Love Someone, On A Bad Day, You Could Say Something Terrible. All Of The Little Things That You Are Saving To Say, That You're Mad About But Never Express, Sometimes Come Out, All At Once. We All Have These Terrible Moments. That's Just Part Of Being Human.

I Feel The Responsibility To Make Things Which On Some Level Have Something Positive To Say.
