I Love It When Receivers

When I First Came To The Eagles, I Found A Bunch Of Guys Shell-shocked From Losing. They Had Been Through Some Lean Years, They Just Didn't Know How To Handle The Pressure. They Were Quiet; They Kept To Themselves. I Said, " Hey, This Has Gotta Change. Let's Make Pressure Fun."

But When You Get Into A Situation Where You Can Acquire A Proven Leader, A Proven Quality Player, An Unselfish Player, A Guy Who Taken A Team To The Super Bowl, I Think You Do It.

I'm A Bit Surprised That The Raiders Turned To Art Shell To Be Their New Head Coach, Not Because Shell Isn't A Good Head Coach - He Had Success Before As The Raiders' Head Coach - But Because He's Been Away From The Game So Long And The Game Has Changed A Lot In Those Years.

I Love To See Favre Playing His Best Football, And If His Mind His Right, He'll Probably Have A Fine Season.

We Have A Lot Of Rule Changes. I Am Part Of The Competition Committee. We Spent A Lot Time Evaluating The Game, How Do We Make The Game Better For Our Fans.
