What I Like About Modelling Is That It Has Given Me That Opportunity To Travel And Experience Different Cultures, Work With Creative People, And Now It's Given Me A Voice, And With That Voice Hopefully I Can Do Good Things With It.

There's Something So Comforting To Me About Having A Cup Of Tea, And It Really Needs To Be Made With Love - I Can Taste The Difference.

I Have Been Practising Yoga For Over A Decade Now, And It Is A Very Important Part Of My Life. It Doesn't Matter Where I Am Or What I Am Doing, Yoga Gives Me The Opportunity To Switch Off And Focus Entirely On My Body And My Breath. Yoga Allows Me To Meditate And Reflect On What's Important In My Life. It Is Also Great For Core Strength And Maintaining Agility.

Becoming A Mother Has Made Me Even More Aware And More Passionate About Nutrition And Wellness. So Much So That I Am Now A Certified Health Coach Practitioner.
