I Can't Get My Medicine.

I Mostly Eat Healthy. I Just Do. I'm Not A Vegan For Health Reasons - Although Obviously I'm 20 Pounds Lighter Than When I Started. I Stayed 20 Pounds Lighter. I Feel Better. My Friends Say I Look Better. All That's True. But I'm A Vegan For Compassionate Reasons.

If You Play Basketball, You Get Into The Zone. You Can't Miss. That's The Expansive Mindset We're All Seeking. But That Only Comes When The Mind Is Quiet And Separate From The Noise. And The Greatest Tool To Eliminate The Noise Is Meditation.

By Listening To Your Higher Self, Or Atman, You Can Return To The Truth That's Already Inside Of You And In The Process Change Not Only Yourself, But The Entire World, Through Positivity And Love.

When The Mind Is Totally Still, There's Only Bliss. I Got A Piece Of That Reality From My First Yoga Class, From Smiling And Breathing In Every Difficult Pose. I Went, "oh My God! I'm Clear! I Love This!"

If You Just Remember To Breathe And Smile Before You Act, You’ll Always Make The Right Decision.
