We Are Visitors On This Planet. We Are Here For One Hundred Years At The Very Most. During That Period We Must Try To Do Something Good, Something Useful, With Our Lives. If You Contribute To Other People's Happiness, You Will Find The True Meaning Of Life.

It Is Not Only Our Right As Members Of The Global Human Family To Protest When Our Brothers And Sisters Are Being Treated Brutally, But It Is Also Our Duty To Do Whatever We Can To Hep Them.

I Believe All Suffering Is Caused By Ignorance. People Inflict Pain On Others In The Selfish Pursuit Of Their Happiness Or Satisfaction. Yet True Happiness Comes From A Sense Of Inner Peace And Contentment, Which In Turn Must Be Achieved Through The Cultivation Of Altruism, Of Love And Compassion And Elimination Of Ignorance, Selfishness And Greed.

It Is Maybe Not The Best Choice To Have A Favorite Anything.

It Is Not Enough Simply To Wish That Love And Compassion Should Increase In Us. We Need To Make A Sustained Effort, Again And Again, To Cultivate The Positive Aspects Within Us - And The Key Here Is Constant Familiarity. The Nature Of Human Thoughts And Emotions Is Such That The More You Engage In Them, The More You Consciously Develop Them, The More Powerful They Become.
