There Is So Much Indifference In The Face Of Suffering. May We Overcome Indifference With Concrete Acts Of Charity.

A Christian Who Withdraws Into Himself, Hiding All That The Lord Has Given Him, Is Not A Christian! I Would Ask The Many Young People Present To Be Generous With Their God-given Talents For The Good Of Others, The Church And Our World.

Jesus Kept His Wounds So That We Would Experience His Mercy. This Is Our Strength And Our Hope.

It's Best To Not Confuse Optimism With Hope. Optimism Is A Psychological Attitude Toward Life. Hope Goes Further. It Is An Anchor That One Hurls Toward The Future, It's What Lets You Pull On The Line And Reach What You're Aiming For And Head In The Right Direction. Hope Is Also Theological: God Is There, Too.
