Streetlife Serenader Never Sang On

I Started Taking Piano Lessons When I Was About Four Years Old. My Parents Were Both Musicians. So I Took Piano Lessons. I Didn't Like The Lessons Very Much, But I Was Enchanted By Music. Music Always Transported Me Somewhere. Singing Made Feel Good And Being Able To Play The Piano Made Me Feel Good.

Let Me Go On Sleeping And I Will Lose Myself In Palaces Of Sand, And All The Fantasies That I've Been Keeping Will Make The Empty Hours Easier To Stand.

You Want To Give People A Reason To Hate My Guts More? I'm Making More Money.

I Work With Musicians Whose Opinions I Respect And If They Don't Like Something They Don't Hold Back. They'll Say, 'that Really Sucks' And 'you've Lost It' And 'you're No Good Anymore.' And I Crawl Away With My Tail Between My Legs And I Fear That Kind Of Ridicule, But I Want Them To Like The Music I'm Bringing To Them.

Take Risks. Take Chances. Don't Be Afraid. You Gotta Go Into Life Brave.
