He Reveals Things In Order That We May Take The Burden Of These Souls Before Him And Form The Mind Of Christ About Them. It Is Not That We Bring God Into Touch With Our Minds, But That We Rouse Ourselves Until God Is Able To Convey His Mind To Us About The One For Whom We Intercede.

Am I Always In Contact With Reality, Or Do I Only Pray When Things Have Gone Wrong, When There Is A Disturbance In The Moments Of My Life?

But God Is The God Of Our Yesterdays, And He Allows The Memory Of Them To Turn The Past Into A Ministry Of Spiritual Growth For Our Future. God Reminds Us Of The Past To Protect Us From A Very Shallow Security In The Present.

What Hinders Me From Hearing Is That I Am Taken Up With Other Things. It Is Not That I Will Not Hear God, But I Am Not Devoted In The Right Place. I Am Devoted To Things, To Service, To Convictions, And God May Say What He Likes But I Do Not Hear Him.
